Ohh.... when did I turn into the sort of person who wants to go to a spa? The idea of spending a day drifting between various hot rooms and heated pools and having massages just sounds amazing. I went nearly twenty-five years without ever doing this and now apparently I'm addicted.

What idle thoughts are passing through my head tonight? Not many but those that are seem to be slightly worried ones. Tomorrow we have a "treat day" which means going to a spa for the day, with everyone from work!!
